This Best of TransactionDESK® class awards 3 hrs of ADRE Contract Law CE and meets the requirements for NAR. In this class you will learn:

• Duties to Client
• Electronic signatures protocol with Authentisign, the AAR member benefit
• Various conract forms and clauses, updates, offers & counteroffers with the new AAR benefit - TransactionDesk
• Required disclosures & problem-solving
• Agency considerations & disclosures
• Transaction documents that need to be reviewed by broker

Technical  Details & Rules:

• This is not a hands-on, work with the instructor type of class.
• You must arrive within 10 minutes after class starting to receive ADRE CE credits.
