Michael Peck | Instructor

Michael Peck has worked in real estate for REALTORS for 50+ years. He started his career while at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo Michigan. He worked for the Kalamazoo Board of REALTORS while attending WMU. After graduating From WMU in 1972 and 1973 with a BS and and MA in teaching he went to the Holland Board of Realtors as The EVP. From there he served 29 years for 6 different REALTOR Associations; as a REALTOR CEO or Assistant CEO. During his time in Michigan he (representing Grand Valley State Colleges) and Jean Willing (representing the University of Michigan), re-wrote the GRI program for the Michigan Association of REALTORS. Following his career as a Realtor Exec., he went to work as a real estate broker in Arizona. He originally worked for West USA and then worked for Keller Williams and then eventually owned his own company DARE Realty. Presently he is with ReMax Alliance Group in Gilbert AZ. Peck has also owned his own real estate school for 20+ years until recently going to Tech4U as an instructor for CE Classes.

Peck is an expert in Fair Housing Instruction and has taught train the Trainor classes for both AAR and NAR. He was instrumental in producing the Fair Housing in the 90’s program developed by NAR. He also participated in a Training and testing program for and by REALTORS at the Grand Rapids Real Estate Board. To date it is the only one of its kind in The United States. NAR developed the “Broker, Buyers, and Bias,” video training program from the Grand Rapids Testing program.

Peck also has been a practicing broker or associate broker since 1999 in The East Valley. Peck holds multiple designations in Real estate including ABR, GRI, E-Pro CPRES, CSSPE, CSSN, SFR, AHWD. He also holds several retired designations. He also holds the PRP designation from the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP). He presently serves the NAP as a District Vice President servicing Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah as well as China.

Peck has unbelievably, attended 43 NAR Conventions; 39 of which were consecutive. He began his real estate career with the Kalamazoo Board of REALTORS in December of 1970. He could fill another page with additional memberships and accolades as a CEO or as a broker. However, enough is enough.
