Dale Stouffer | Instructor

Dale Stouffer has been in the mortgage/real estate industries since 1996. His first transaction was a self employed buyer going through Chapter 13 bankruptcy buying a home in rural PA. He has owned two different mortgage brokerages and focused on technology and purchase transactions his whole mortgage career. In 2007, during the height of the real estate crash in Phoenix, Dale started a real estate website technology company with two other business partners – a seasoned real estate agent and a seasoned title rep.

Dale's speciality is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) content writing and IDX technology. After building real estate WordPress websites for several years and installing quite a few IDX products Dale orchestrated building his company's own IDX that is specially designed for WordPress. "Other IDX products just weren't sufficient for really tailoring the SEO aspects of property details pages and search results pages, so we built our own" reports Dale. Their IDX, called the GetFoundIDX launched in 11/2011. Dale teaches his clients the in's and out's of using WordPress, SEO, and IDX strategies to give them a chance to compete online.
