This is a ZOOM class
ARMLS is transitioning away from Monsoon, and CurbView is officially taking over as your primary public records, tax, and foreclosure engine. Are you ready for the switch? This highly practical course dual-focuses on mastering this powerful new platform and navigating the legal minefields of the virtual market. Discover how to use CurbView’s advanced data layers to go on "fact-finding missions," uncover hidden property histories, and pinpoint active foreclosures before anyone else. Then, pivot to the digital world: learn the legal dos and don’ts of live streaming, recording video tours, and creating virtual walkthroughs without violating privacy laws, copyright statutes, or your client’s best interests.
